L'eruzione minoica di Thera, anche riferita come eruzione di Thera o eruzione di Santorini, fu una vasta e catastrofica eruzione vulcanica (VEI = 6 o 7, DRE = 60 km 3) che si stima si sia verificata nella metà del secondo millennio a.C. L'eruzione fu uno dei più grandi eventi vulcanici accaduti sulla Terra, documentata storicamente.
